Refund policy

Within 30 days of your order, if you are unsatisfied with our products, please email us at info@creeksidenaturals.com with your Order Number (example: #1234) and we will guide you through the returns process. We will get back to you in 2 - 5 business days. Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

International Orders to Canada are not eligible for Free Shipping. The amount we are charging for shipping is the nearest estimated amount to pay based on weight and location. Due to costs of customs processing and transit-times, all international orders are final sale.

Exceptions

Subscriptions: We are not able to process any refunds if you request to cancel your subscription after your order has been shipped out.

Bundles: Please note our bundles and orders of 3 or more of the same product are non-refundable.

Discounts: We can not honor any new discount codes on orders that have already been processed. 

You also have the option of exchanging a product for another, instead of returning it. Please note that product exchanges make the order final sale.
